| What is IESE Insight? |
 |
| IESE Insight is the knowledge portal of IESE Business School, the international graduate school of management of the University of Navarra. It contains reader-friendly articles based on research papers, technical notes, cases and other valuable information generated by IESE faculty members and research staff. The portal also offers access to the original materials. |

| Do I have to pay to get access to this information? |
 |
No. All IESE Insight articles are free. But you must register to have access. Once you have registered, the system uses cookies to automatically identify you. If you wish to receive monthly updates, check the newsletter option in the registration form. Some of the articles published on the portal are abstracts of teaching materials, such as cases or technical notes, which may be purchased online through IESE Publishing. |

| How do I register? |

| Go to the Log-in section. You are required to give your full name and e-mail address, the industry in which you work and your areas of interest. And if you take a moment to fill out the optional fields, it will help us to deliver a better service. |

| How is the registration information I submit used? |
 |
| Any information submitted is confidential and will not be released to any outside source, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. |

| What if I change my e-mail adress or any other registration details? |

| Send an email to insight@iese.edu specifying the details you would like to change. |

| Enter your e-mail address in the special form and we will e-mail your access details to you. |

| How do I unsubscribe from the IESE Insight newsletter? |

| Cases and technical notes may be purchased from IESE Publishing. To order a book or obtain information about books, please send an email to libreriagarbi@iese.edu. |

'Cookies' are typically used to save web site preferences and settings between visits. To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for your browser version:
Explorer 4.x
Select "View | Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Switch to the "Security" tab.
Select "Custom" and click "Settings..."
Scroll down to the "Security" section.
To enable: Select "Always accept cookies".
To disable: Select "Disable all cookie use".
To get a prompt: Select "Prompt before accepting cookies".
Click "OK".
Explorer 5.x
Select "Tools | Internet Options..." from the main menu.
Switch to the "Security" tab.
Click "Custom Level..."
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
To enable: Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
To disable: Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies" to "Disable".
To get a prompt: Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies" to "Prompt".
Click "OK".
Navigator 3.x
Select "Options | Network Preferences..." from the main menu.
Switch to the "Protocols" tab.
Navigator 3.x does not have an option to completely disable cookies.
To get a prompt: Under "Show an Alert Before", check "Accepting a Cookie".
Click "OK".
Communicator 4.x
Select "Edit | Preferences..." from the main menu.
Select "Advanced".
To enable: Select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server".
To disable: Select "Disable cookies".
To get a prompt: Check "Warn me before accepting a cookie" and select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server".
Click "OK". |
