At first, I was tempted to explain that you merely register for free, open the Zinio reader, and flip through the entire publication on line as you would any other magazine. But what he was really asking was: What will I find in IESE Insight? What's in it for me?
Every year, thousands of research papers are written on the subject of management. Many of them contain important ideas that will lay dormant for a period of time, buried deep inside some library stacks or knowledge base. But, with any luck, they will ultimately reach executives by way of professional journals or management programs. This process is quite practical from an academic point of view, though hardly efficient for business professionals.
