- What is RSS?
- RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based technology that automatically sends headlines from a media source to a Web reader or news aggregator program. With RSS, you don't have to go around looking for updates on a website, because the reader - an application that must be installed on your computer - performs that task automatically.

- How does it work?
- Copy the URL/shortcut you want and paste it into your RSS headline reader program or service. Most of these are free (see list of the most popular below).
If you use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7.0, click on the logo that appears in the lower right portion of your screen, and confirm the subscription. It will automatically create a bookmark in your browser that will link directly to the latest updates on www.ieseinsight.com
