Negotiation is hard enough at the best of times, but in times of crisis it becomes even more challenging. IESE's Kandarp Mehta explains the key aspects of negotiating in crisis situations, from preparing for the negotiation to controlling the process in order to achieve the best possible outcome in the face of unprecedented challenges, including when interactions must take place online rather than in person.
