The American fast-food chain Chick-fil-A suffered several boycotts promoted by LGTBQ+ organizations after the CEO's public comments regarding his religious background and because of the company's financial support to organizations lobbying against legal recognition of same-sex marriage. The following years, the company kept growing and, at the same time, its reputation was affected. What to do next?
